About Me

Clinical Nutritionist | Women 40–60 | Perimenopause Weight & Hormone Health

Hi, I'm Adia — and I help women over 40 feel like themselves again.


If you're reading this, you're likely feeling frustrated, confused, or even betrayed by your own body.

Maybe you're gaining weight even though you're eating well.
Maybe your sleep, mood, or energy feels different.
Maybe your belly feels heavier and harder to control.
Maybe you just don’t feel like you anymore.

My mission is to help you understand what’s happening inside your body
and finally give you a plan that works with it, not against it.

My Story

I know what it feels like to wake up and realise your body is changing in ways you don’t fully understand.
The fatigue, the stubborn weight, the mood swings, the cravings… the feeling that “something isn’t right.”

Before becoming a Clinical Nutritionist, I struggled with hormone imbalance myself. I tried eating healthier, exercising more, sleeping earlier — but nothing seemed to work.

It wasn’t until I discovered the connection between nutrition, hormones, metabolism and emotional health that everything changed.

Today, I specialise in helping women over 40 reclaim their energy, confidence and wellbeing with a gentle, science-based approach.

Qualifications & Credentials

  • Certified Practising Nutritionist (CPN)
  • Bachelor in Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) 
  • Postgraduate studies in nutrition & human physiology
  • Member of Australasian Association and Register of Practicing Nutritionists (AARPN)
  • Clinical training in perimenopause & metabolic health 
  • 200-hour certified yoga teacher

Outside my clinic, I’m a mother, a lifelong learner and someone who believes in slow mornings, gentle routines and nourishing food.
I bring this same philosophy into my work — helping women reconnect with themselves, one small change at a time.
